Ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with current internal policies, procedures, and regulations. **What do we expect from you?*** Graduate in Business Administration or related fields. * Two years of experience in the financial sector in related areas. **Essential experience in the Private Pension System**. * Knowledge of SPP regulations: Title IV and VII **Specific Skills:** * Intermediate level proficiency in MS Office. * Basic level of English language. **What challenges will you face?*** Promote a customer-centric culture to strengthen client relationships and leverage Profuturo AFP’s broad network, systems, and expertise. * Evaluate and determine eligibility, validity, and documentation for retirement applications, special regimes, restructuring agreements, modality changes, appeals of assessments, disability, survivorship, funeral expense claims, inheritance, and Social Security Agreement procedures within regulatory deadlines. * Analyze the affiliate's CIC status report, verifying outstanding contributions, recognition bonus status, and determining the applicable pension type and average remuneration for the claim. * Communicate the evaluation results regarding retirement, special regimes, disability, survivorship, or funeral expenses (approval of the application) to agencies, affiliates, beneficiaries, insurance companies, or DIS within the regulatory timeframe. * Ensure consistency between the physical and virtual affiliate file and send them to insurance companies or DIS for coverage assessment, or to ONP for application approval. * Analyze and validate cases ready for a final pension, ensuring proper registration of procedures for quotation and entry into the MELER platform. * Validate and upload contributions and programmed retirement pension offers onto the MELER platform so that affiliates can evaluate pension offers (from Profuturo and insurance companies). * Validate medical documents submitted by affiliates for disability assessment and classification (SEYCI), forwarding them to the Medical Committees of AFPs (COMAFP) and the Disability and Survivorship Department (DIS), performing necessary coordination within regulatory deadlines. * Validate documents and information related to applications for complementary bonuses and recognition bonuses, ensuring proper handling and timely submission to ONP and SBS within established deadlines, while keeping updated records of each stage of the process. * Understand Profuturo AFP's risk culture and how risk appetite should be considered in daily activities and decisions. * Actively perform efficient and effective operations within their respective areas, while ensuring adequacy, compliance, and effectiveness of daily business controls to meet obligations aimed at reducing operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, money laundering and terrorist financing risk, and conduct risk, including responsibilities established under the operational risk management framework, regulatory compliance risk management framework, international anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing manual, and business conduct guidelines.
