We are launching operations in Peru in partnership with our associate ADG Deportes y Eventos SAC.** We are looking for a **Commercial Development Manager**. Key responsibilities are detailed below: **Commercial Management**: · Identify and prospect new clients and business opportunities. · Develop and execute commercial strategies to expand the client portfolio. · Negotiate and close commercial agreements with companies, institutions, and sports clubs. **Operations Coordination**: · Plan, organize, and supervise sports events and schools. · Source and coordinate with suppliers and teams to ensure proper service delivery. · Manage material and human resources to guarantee operational success. **Client Relations**: · Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. · Resolve issues and address client needs promptly and efficiently. **Reporting and Analysis**: · Prepare periodic reports on commercial and operational performance. · Complete CRM system data entries. · Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and process optimization. **Requirements**: · Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles, preferably in the sports or event organization sector. · University or technical studies in administration, sports management, industrial engineering, marketing, or related fields. · Competencies: Effective communication, empathy, organization, results orientation, self-management ability, responsibility, and commitment. **Our Offer**: * Monthly gross fixed salary: S/. 1,500.00, paid via professional service receipt for the first three months. * Variable pay: 5% commission on the value of each won project. * Additional payments for event coordination tasks. * Schedule: Part-time (30 weekly hours), flexible.
