A company specialized in generating profitability for businesses across various sectors is currently seeking a **COST AND BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE (BI) ANALYST**: **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Drive client profitability through the analysis and structuring of financial, operational, and commercial information, **designing cost methodologies and structures, developing indicators, and building management dashboards from scratch**, delivering real business value and supporting management decision-making. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate in Industrial Engineering. * **3 to 4 years of experience in cost analysis and structuring** and management control, with demonstrable participation in complete projects (from data collection to results presentation). * Experience in **identification, analysis, and allocation of direct and indirect costs**. * Experience calculating margins, pricing, and profitability scenarios. * Experience in **designing cost methodologies** applied to improving profitability. * Experience in **creating cost/management indicators and dashboards from scratch** (not limited to maintenance or using templates). * Knowledge in process mapping and documentation (process maps, diagrams, SOPs). * Experience gathering and validating data directly from internal departments (finance, operations, sales, among others) for comprehensive business analysis. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Power BI for structuring and presenting information. * Desirable: Advanced Excel (macros, VBA) and Python for data analysis. * Experience presenting and justifying results, including metrics, costs, and business projections. **WORK CONDITIONS:** * **Work mode:** Hybrid (in-person diagnostics at client facilities and face-to-face meetings with direct supervisors; remote work for project development and progress). * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (24/7 availability, with possibility of attending requests outside regular working hours as required by projects). * **Contract:** Initially on service invoice for the first 6 months; starting month 7, transition to MYPE payroll. * Additional benefits: **Opportunity for accelerated growth** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct comprehensive business diagnostics (**financial, operational, commercial, and accounting**) to identify profitability opportunities. * **Define cost methodologies and structures** for products, services, and projects, linking outcomes to business KPIs. * **Collect, validate, and structure data directly from internal departments**, ensuring data quality and accuracy. * Document processes and generate clear deliverables that support improvement decisions. * **Design and manage cost and profitability indicators and dashboards from scratch**, building proprietary analysis and control frameworks. * Measure and justify **cost savings achieved in projects**, quantifying impact on profitability using comparative data. * Develop **projections and comparisons** to anticipate scenarios and facilitate strategic decisions. * Prepare and present **executive reports and business cases to Management**, integrating KPIs, actionable insights, and practical recommendations. * Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve bottlenecks and ensure adoption of changes.
