




We are seeking a skilled **Desktop Support Engineer** to provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills and a customer\-first mindset. **Key Responsibilities** * Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals. * Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for end\-user technical issues. * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems. * Support users with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and common business applications. * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access within Active Directory. * Perform regular system updates, backups, and antivirus management. * Document technical issues, resolutions, and procedures. * Collaborate with IT teams for system upgrades and deployments. * Provide remote and on\-site support as needed. **Qualifications** * 2\+ years of experience in desktop or IT support. * Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems. * Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). * Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk). * Excellent problem\-solving and communication skills.
