REQUIREMENTS: \- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related fields. \- Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions. \- Experience leading a work team \- Intermediate level of Excel RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Supervise the integration of campaigns with CRM systems for lead capture and management. \- Propose new ideas and tools to improve the acquisition of qualified leads. \- Collaborate with creative teams to develop visually appealing advertisements aligned with brand strategy. \- Define and adjust target audiences to maximize campaign reach and relevance. \- Assist in tracking and analyzing performance metrics of digital marketing campaigns. \- Generate periodic reports with campaign results, identifying areas for improvement. \- Work closely with designers, audiovisual editors, and other specialists to develop creative and effective campaigns. \- Other instructions from your immediate supervisor.
