***Human Resources Officer*** **Salary:** S/ 2,600.00 **Modality:** On-site **Location:** Los Olivos **Position Description:** We are looking for a **Human Resources Officer** responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising HR processes, ensuring efficient management of payroll, talent development, and compliance with labor obligations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, organize, and supervise Human Resources processes, integrating administrative management and staff development. * Execute and control the payroll process, ensuring accuracy in salaries, benefits, deductions, and contributions. * Validate attendance records, vacations, leaves, and permissions. * Manage contracts, addenda, terminations, and settlements in accordance with current regulations. * Submit labor declarations to T-Registro, PLAME, and AFPnet within established deadlines. * Coordinate with Accounting and Administration on monthly reports and provisions. * Supervise compliance with obligations to MTPE, SUNAFIL, EsSalud, AFP, ONP, and other entities. * Consolidate indicators on turnover, absenteeism, attendance, and work climate. * Coordinate training plans and performance evaluations. * Provide support and assistance to employees regarding payroll, benefits, and internal policies. * Maintain up-to-date physical and digital personnel files. * Prepare monthly reports and assist in audits or inspections. * Propose process improvements and participate in labor cost forecasting. * Ensure confidentiality of employee information. **Requirements:** * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of labor legislation, payroll, T-Registro, PLAME, and AFPnet. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience with HR management systems or ERP. **Benefits:** * **Fixed salary:** S/ 2,300.00 * **Meals covered by the company.** * **Benefits according to the MYPE regime.** * Career advancement opportunities.
