Education:** * Minimum: Completed secondary education. * Desired: Student (at least eighth semester) or graduate, bachelor's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, and/or related fields. **2. Training:** Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at user level. **3. Experience:** 3 months of experience as a laboratory assistant, or similar (desirable). **4. Skills** * Self-expression in social situations. * Fluent communication and diction. * Proactive attitude, interpersonal relations. **5. Responsibilities and Functions:** * Carry out procedures for washing materials, storing all used materials, and cleaning equipment under the supervision of competent personnel. * Assist in preparing samples and reagents for analyses to be performed by the laboratory analyst. * Perform verifications of volumetric material. * Dispose of counter-samples already analyzed by the laboratory according to procedure. * Support in the regeneration of deionized water. * Keep technical records up to date. * Identify potential non-conforming work in laboratory activities. * Assist with inventory of laboratory and warehouse materials. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area (Good Laboratory Practices). * Other duties assigned inherent to the position. **Benefits:** \- Company: SME. \- Direct hiring with legal benefits. \- On-site work at Urb.
