





**Date:** Nov 5, 2025 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will your challenge be?** Execute and control Human Resources Administration processes in Peru for Alicorp and its subsidiaries (Vitapro, Masterbread, Intradevco, R\-Trading and ProOriente) and in the countries of Bolivia, Ecuador, Spain, and Uruguay, with the objective of minimizing and/or eliminating labor and administrative risks\-contingencies, ensuring compliance with standardized and centralized processes, efficient internal controls, and maintaining the quality of absenteeism data (vacations, leaves, and medical leaves), master data of employees and their families.**What will you do in your role?** * Execute corporate standardized and centralized HR Administration processes according to corporate-defined strategies and guidelines across all operations in Peru (Alicorp and Subsidiaries) and Countries. * Administer and manage technical issues related to the Onboarding and Time Off (Absenteeism) module in Succesfactors\-Destaca. As well as co\-design and implement continuous improvement on processes and workflows within the HR Administration area in your role as Power User. * Validate data quality rules and generate KPIs on absenteeism data, employee, organizational, and family master data in Succesfactors\-Destaca versus local payroll systems in Peru and other countries. * Manage the Onboarding, Crossboarding, and employee and intern enrollment processes in internal systems and before state entities in each geography. Manage Vacation, Leave, and Medical Leave processes through the Time Off module in Succesfactors\-Destaca and in local payroll systems. Deploy action plans for monitoring and controlling scheduling, planning, KPI management, and reporting to provide visibility to business and HR leaders regarding costs from expired vacation days and potential vacation expenses, as well as control and record employee and intern Leaves and Medical Leaves. * Administer, control, and maintain employee personnel files both physically and digitally. **What do we need from you?** * Previous experience in personnel administration, payroll, or similar areas. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel. * Power Bi proficiency is desirable. * Success Factors module proficiency is desirable. * Experience with tools such as Power Apps, Python, or Power Automate is desirable.
