





We are currently looking for a **Human Resources Administration Analyst** to manage and administer personnel employment and contractual processes, ensuring compliance with current labor regulations and the organization's internal policies. The professional will be responsible for ensuring proper management of onboarding, contracts, attendance, vacations, offboarding, and employment documentation, contributing to employee well-being and the company's operational efficiency. **Responsibilities** * Manage employment contracts, renewals, and terminations. * Administer training modality agreements and inclusion/exclusion in FOLA. * Register onboarding in T\-Registro and internal systems (Ofisis/SAP). * Manage Life Insurance (Vida Ley) and due diligence documentation. * Monitor attendance of employees, workers, and interns. * Administer employee vacations and leaves. * Prepare reports on hiring, terminations, attendance, and other indicators. * Ensure compliance with current labor regulations. * Provide labor legal support to Human Capital departments. **Requirements** * **Bachelor's degree** in Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Minimum of 3 years of experience** in similar roles. * Solid knowledge of **Peruvian labor legislation**, T\-Registro, Sunat, and the Ministry of Labor. * Proficiency in **Advanced Excel**. * Knowledge of **Office 365** (Outlook, Teams) and **Power BI** (intermediate level). * Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or construction companies is desirable. **Competencies** * Organization and planning * Attention to detail * Commitment to regulatory compliance * Analysis and management of labor indicators * Effective communication and teamwork Job type: Full-time Application questions: * Date of birth * Current residential district Workplace: On-site
