Position: Junior Analyst – Experience in Alarm Monitoring **Location:** Jr. Carabaya – Plaza San Martín (Lima Center) **Modality:** On-site **Schedule:** Rotating 24/7 shifts **Remuneration:** S/ 1,400 on MYPE payroll (benefits at 50%) Responsibilities * Monitoring alarms using PRTG or other tools. * Handling incidents and online service requests (helpdesk N1/N2). * Recording and tracking tickets in the Helpdesk platform. * Performing connectivity tests (ping, tracert, etc.). Requirements * Minimum of 6 months of experience in alarm monitoring or related monitoring fields. * Basic knowledge of networks, communications, Active Directory, Windows operating systems (advanced), and Linux (desirable). * Basic knowledge of ITIL Foundation v3 / ITIL Foundation v4 and ticketing platforms. * Graduate technician or final-cycle student in Computer Science, Informatics, or related fields. * Age between 20 and 35 years. * Residence near Cercado de Lima (preferred). * Immediate availability. * Availability for rotating shifts (preferably non-students).
