REQUIREMENTS: * Completed technical or university studies in systems, statistics, computing, or related fields. * 6 months of experience in similar positions. * Experience in data analysis. * Intermediate to advanced knowledge of databases: SQL, MySQL, and Power BI. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Prepare reports for financial institutions \- Develop KPIs \- Create and update dashboards \- Provide technical support to users \- Develop Telephone Score \- Update and maintain internal applications.
