Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Strategy and Development Analyst – Asset Management to provide financial and operational support to regional leadership, managing financial results and analyzing key initiatives for growth. At **Credicorp Capital**, we seek a **Junior Strategy and Development Analyst – Asset Management** who will provide financial and operational support to the regional Asset Management leadership, ensuring comprehensive analysis, monitoring, and management of the business’s financial results, as well as analysis of key initiatives in alternative funds for regional growth. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- ### **Business Financial Analysis and Monitoring** * Conduct periodic tracking of revenues, expenses, AuMs, and margins for the regional AM business. * Validate consistency and proper accounting classification of financial information in coordination with Finance and Accounting. * Maintain databases, historical time series, and performance indicators. **Budget Process Management** * Monitor budget execution and prepare forecasts; develop financial scenario and sensitivity analyses. **Alternative Business Development** * Operational research on markets, competitors, and fund structures. * Construction of financial models for new strategy business cases. * Support in measuring TAM, SAM, and SOM for business cases. **Seed Capital Portfolio Monitoring** * Prepare information and analysis for internal committee approval processes. * Review consistency of information and accounting records for the seed capital portfolio. **Preparation of Executive Reports and Presentations** * Support preparation of materials for presentations to Management Committees, QBRs, and Boards of Directors. **Monitoring of Alternative Private Investment Funds** * Support periodic reporting to clients and stakeholders. **✅ Job Requirements** -------------------------- ### **Academic Background** * Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. ### **Experience** * 0–2 years in financial analysis or consulting (preferred). ### **Technical Knowledge** * Financial analysis and modeling. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. * Advanced English. ***This job posting is also open to persons with disabilities.***
