




**Technical Support Leader - Konecta** **Locations:** Mall Bellavista and Lima Cargo City **Base Salary:** S/ 1800 – from day 1, MYPE payroll (50% benefits) **Work Mode:** On-site **Schedule:** Rotating 24/7 **Skills:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support (junior analyst, leader, or supervisor). * Leadership experience desirable (not mandatory). * Knowledge in Active Directory and server administration. * Knowledge in networking and communications. * Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems. * Linux knowledge desirable. **Education:** * Graduate of Systems Engineering, Computer Science and Informatics, or related fields. * NOT STUDENTS * ITIL Foundation v3/v4 course desirable. * Project Management course desirable. * Knowledge or training in technical support management. **Availability:** * Willingness to work at both Mall Bellavista and Lima Cargo City locations. * Availability for rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, daytime, 24/7. * Preferably reside near CALLAO areas to facilitate mobility during night and early morning shifts. * Immediate availability to start working. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the technical team at Lima Cargo City and Mall Bellavista sites. * Maintain ticketing system within established parameters. * Monitor and optimize technical team productivity. * Supervise recurring activities (inventories, Windows updates, etc.). * Manage responsibility and efficiency of a technical support team. **Important:** Do not apply if you do not meet the required profile.
