**Date:** Oct 30, 2025 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will your challenge be?** Ensure compliance with Industrial Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental, and Quality management systems, as well as manage and control the plant's production processes to guarantee the manufacturing of finished products that meet customer expectations, optimizing resource utilization, developing our personnel, and maintaining high productivity and efficiency standards.**What will you do in your role?** Understand, apply, and promote compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, Quality, and Environmental standards according to the company’s management systems and legal regulations. Ensure compliance with Quality standards according to the company's management system. Supervise the plant's production processes and efficiently manage resources. Monitor adherence to production programs. Ensure reliable and timely availability of information regarding process performance and related areas. Coordinate maintenance activities and identify process anomalies. Ensure and participate in compliance with the Operational Excellence Model standards. Lead and promote the development of improvement initiatives and proposals. Develop, lead, and train personnel under your responsibility. Likewise, participate in workplace climate initiatives in coordination with the Labor Relations department. Coordinate and collaborate with other company vice presidencies and departments, such as VP Finance, VP Mass Consumption, Audit Department, among others.**What do we need from you?** Two years of experience in roles such as Quality Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, and/or Production Supervisor in industrial plants, preferably in mass consumption. Bachelor's degree or graduate of Industrial Engineering, Food Industries, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Desirable complementary knowledge or studies: Quality, safety, and/or environmental management systems, Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies and tools. Intermediate level English proficiency desirable. Intermediate-level knowledge and proficiency in Excel. Desirable: SAP or other ERP.
