POSITION OBJECTIVE** Design, lead, and oversee the company's marketing strategy with the goal of positioning the brand, driving demand for real estate projects, increasing the generation of qualified leads, and strengthening market presence. Responsible for coordinating digital marketing, branding, communication, advertising, and market research activities aligned with the company’s commercial and strategic objectives. **2. POSITION PROFILE** * Professional degree in Marketing, Advertising, Strategic Communication, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar marketing leadership roles. * Experience in the real estate, construction, or high-value sales-related sectors (desirable). * Proven track record in brand management, launching real estate projects, and multichannel campaigns (digital and traditional). * Advanced knowledge of digital marketing strategies: performance (Google Ads, Meta Ads), inbound marketing, CRM, email marketing, SEO/SEM. * Knowledge in brand development and positioning, visual identity, and management of communication tone. * Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, HubSpot, Power BI, etc.). * Familiarity with market research methodologies and competitive analysis. * Budget management, strategic planning, and collaboration with external agencies and suppliers. * High level of analytical thinking, planning, and results orientation. * Strong, clear, persuasive communication skills with a commercial focus. * Ability to innovate, adapt to change, and anticipate market trends. * Excellent interpersonal and cross-departmental coordination skills (sales, management, design, projects). * Experience managing and organizing events. **3.
