At Indra Group, we are looking for yours. ***We are seeking an On-Site Support Analyst*** **Requirements:** * Graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Professional Technician in Computing and Informatics or related fields. * Operating systems: Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and occasionally macOS. * Ability to quickly diagnose issues. * Familiarity with remote assistance and business tools (email, VPN, internal systems). * Documentation of solutions and procedures. * Teamwork orientation and results-driven mindset. **Responsibilities:** * Address hardware and software incidents (on-site). * Provide assistance with applications, operating systems, and office productivity tools. * Perform preventive maintenance on laptops, PCs, etc. * Configure computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals. * Install software (office suites, antivirus, internal applications). * Resolve basic issues (email, network, system access). * Log, document, and track support tickets in the service management system (service desk) until closure. * Escalate incidents according to priority (UI). * Prepare basic user manuals. **What We Offer:** * 100% covered EPS health insurance. * Mandatory Life Insurance. * Certification Program. * Well-being services (psychologist, nutritionist). * Corporate discounts. * Access to continuous learning platform (Udemy). * Collaborative culture and genuine growth opportunities. * Large-scale technology projects with leading clients.
