Implement, administer, and optimize technological tools (ERP, CMMS, BI platforms, Power Apps, and Power Automate) to automate processes for tracking, reporting, and early alerts on consumption and costs. Analyze data, generate reports and dashboards to visualize trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support timely decision-making. Identify continuous improvement projects, including automation of repetitive tasks and digitization of processes. Centrally manage requests and purchases of safety items, maintenance services for electronic security systems, and billing cycles for basic services (energy, water, and fuel) with commercial centers. (Procurement flow via purchase requisition-Purchase Order-HES-Invoicing through SAP). Report and monitor the waste management plan for the business unit by centralizing information from stores together with authorized waste operators, preparing documentation to submit to MINAM. Sustainability reports on carbon footprint. Monitor the status of supply and service contracts awarded for maintenance, security, and intermediation, coordinating with account managers. Provide support for the operational continuity of stores and locations within the business unit. **Requirements:** Experience in Retail or similar industry Industrial Engineer, Administrator, Business Management, Electronics/Mechatronics, Systems Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles **Soft Skills:** Communication, Proactivity, Teamwork, Adaptability Advanced Office skills Power BI, PowerApps, Looker Studio, SQL – Intermediate **Offer Conditions:**
