**Service and Consulting Company located in Surco, Lima** We are looking for the best talent to fill the position of **Payroll Analyst.** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Accounting, Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Up-to-date knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation. * Experience with payroll management systems, preferably BUK. * Advanced level of Excel (essential). * Power BI skills (desirable). **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and manage payroll payments, social benefits, CTS, bonuses, and profit sharing. * Ensure compliance with labor and tax obligations (AFPnet, PLAME, T\-Registro). * Keep employee information up to date (hires, terminations, vacations, leaves, contracts, insurance). * Implement improvements in calculation, control, and payroll automation processes (using BUK or other systems). * Generate reports on labor costs, provisions, and budget projections. * Support audit processes, inspections, and internal requests. **Competencies:** * High level of organization, attention to detail, and confidentiality. * Proactivity, analytical skills, and teamwork ability. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday \- 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Job type: Full-time Salary: Starting at S/.3,000\.00 per month Application questions: * Good day, please provide your updated phone number * How many years of experience do you have in this role? * How many payrolls and how many employees did you handle? * Please provide your salary expectations * Which district do you live in?
