





Provide support in the comprehensive management of the entire payroll process for administrative and teaching staff at the University. Support the preparation of social benefits (CTS, severance, social laws, pay slips, etc.). Support vacation process controls. Perform calculations for monthly tax settlements. Carry out projections according to requests assigned by the immediate supervisor. Support the registration in pension systems, SUNAT Virtual, PDT, salary and payroll processing, CTS, bonuses, among others. Handle computer programs related to remuneration and social benefits. Communicate staff hiring and termination to relevant parties within the University. Respond to employee inquiries regarding remunerations. Act as a liaison between the Quality, Planning, and Budget departments for annual operational plans, strategic plans, and other requirements, carrying out the formulation and execution of assigned sub-processes, as well as internal audits conducted by regulatory bodies. Requirements Bachelor's degree or graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Advanced knowledge of office software.
