Manufacturing company requires hiring a professional to work as **Payroll Analyst - HR** at its location in **Chorillos.** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:15 pm **Responsibilities** \- Carry out the monthly payroll processing and analysis \- Calculation and payment of salaries \- Employee hires and terminations in accordance with current legislation, company policies, and established procedures \- Administration of employee personnel files \- Perform accurate calculation and payment of severance settlements \- Attendance control \- Employee support \- Management of medical leaves and subsidies **Requirements** \- Studies in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources Management, or related fields \- Experience in payroll processes (calculation, analysis, payments, etc.) \- Proficient in monthly filings using TPlame, T Registro, AFP NET, SENATI \- Knowledge of Payroll Systems, preferably SISTEMA OFISIS (desirable) \- Minimum of 3 years of experience. **Benefits** \- Full statutory benefits (bonuses, CTS, vacations) at 100% \- Pleasant work environment.
