Job Requirements: Efficiently and effectively carry out operations and processes related to hiring, personnel administration, compliance with legal and safety regulations, benefits management, and maintenance of accurate records, thereby contributing to the well-being and development of both employees and the organization as a whole. * Execute employee hiring and corresponding social security/Vida Ley/SCTR enrollments. Includes registering employees in and removing them from the T-Registration system and delivering the relevant documentation to the HR analyst. * Ensure proper filing of all employee documents, both physical and digital. * Support the salary management system administration. * Respond to requests from Sunafil and other entities regarding company personnel matters. * Prepare management indicators and information for decision-making. Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources Administration, or Business Administration Skills and Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of payroll and local labor regulations. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in this role or similar positions
