





Job Description We are looking for an intern to join the human health marketing team to: .Provide support in the management of Events for the Oncology franchise, in coordination with the medical and sales teams. .Actively participate in coordinating guests (doctors, speakers, etc.) for Medical area events. .Collaborate in the management and follow-up of services requested by the Marketing department. .Actively participate in quoting various services that the department may require. .Provide support to the Medical team on compliance matters with suppliers. .Collaborate in the evaluation and management of promotional materials to be used in different marketing events and congresses. .Monitor budgets for monthly/annual expense reconciliation. .Track supplier deliverables (e.g., timely submission of invoices). Main Objectives: Provide support to Marketing and Sales by organizing and implementing high-quality events. Support the Product Manager in implementing omnichannel campaigns provided by the region. Support the Product Manager in launching new initiatives. Task Description: Coordinate with the agency for the implementation of proprietary events. Coordinate with major medical societies for participation in National Congresses. .Create, collect supporting documentation, and close events in the system. .Adapt, develop, and track promotional materials (visual aids, approval emails, etc.). .Generate purchase orders and validate supplier invoices. .Monitor and analyze KPIs in omnichannel campaigns. .Maintain constant coordination with the sales force team. .This position is within the franchise that holds the company's core product, with several indications under continuous updates.
