




Specialized center in physical medicine, rehabilitation, and physiotherapy, we are seeking a Receptionist – Patient Admission and Customer Service. The position combines administrative tasks and direct patient care, serving as the first point of contact at the center. Main Responsibilities * Patient reception, admission, and registration. * Appointment coordination and scheduling in the system. * Handling incoming calls and inquiries in person or via WhatsApp. * Providing clear information about services, packages, and promotions. * Assisting in basic administrative processes (payments, billing, invoice issuance). * Maintaining courtesy and a positive institutional image at all times. * Supporting internal coordination with physiotherapists and doctors. Requirements * Completed technical or university studies in Administration, Secretarial Studies, Marketing, Communication, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or reception (clinics, medical centers, or similar; desirable). * Proficiency in digital tools: Office suite, WhatsApp Business, email. * Excellent communication skills, courteous demeanor, empathy, and organizational ability. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday in Miraflores.
