On behalf of our client, an important organization in the financial sector, we are looking for a professional with the following profile: Position Mission: Propose, design, and implement improvements to credit guidelines and processes through technological tools, ensuring value generation and timely support to innovation centers, agile teams, and strategic projects aimed at evolving our business model. ### **Functions** * Propose, design, and implement credit policy controls and centralized campaign management within risk engines (FICO), using automated procedures and/or policies. * Propose, design, and implement differentiated credit processes according to customer profiles using workflow tools, engines, and others. * Define the data architecture and administration required to execute projects related to the automation of credit policy and processes. ### **Requirements** * + Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration. + Desirable: at least 1 year of experience in the financial system and/or mass consumer industry. + Experience in defining and implementing business rules and/or process improvements. + Experience in automations/implementations for tool enhancements. + Knowledge of: SQL, Java/Python, Power BI, and intermediate-level Excel (essential).
