




On behalf of our client, a leading company in the healthcare sector, we are seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst. Requirements * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Specialization, diploma, or courses in Compensation and Benefits. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as Payroll Manager, including at least 1 year handling atypical work schedules. * Knowledge of and experience using payroll platforms (3+) and labor legislation related to payroll processing. * Advanced-level proficiency in Excel. Responsibilities * Budgetary control of payroll. * Preparation of employee payroll reports and adherence to established deadlines. * Oversight of Social Benefits Settlement preparation. * Calculation of Bonuses (July and December) and compliance with statutory deadlines. * Calculation of CTS (May and November) and compliance with statutory deadlines. * Preparation of Profit-Sharing calculations, including respective certification, within statutory deadlines. * Preparation of bonus tables. * Submission and uploading of information to AFPNET. * Submission and uploading of information to PLAME (Payroll and Social Benefits Reports, Honorarium Receipts). * Entry of new hires into the payroll system (SIDIGE). * Receipt and consolidation of labor status change reports submitted by other departments. * Review of atypical shift rosters submitted by other departments and validation against reports before inclusion in payroll. * Generation of reports on personnel joining and leaving the company. * Closing payroll in the payroll system (SIDIGE) and performing accruals for Bonuses and CTS for all employees. * Monitoring issuance of Honorarium Receipts (RxH). * Responding to employee inquiries regarding their payments. * Providing information to the Legal Department regarding SUNAFIL requirements or client audits. Working Hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, in San Borja.
