The Challenge (Your Key Responsibilities): You will serve as the field custodian of the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring we meet—and exceed—safety and quality standards across all operations. * Ensure **ongoing maintenance and compliance** with requirements of our Integrated Management System (based on ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 37001). * Lead **5-minute safety talks** and on-site training sessions, fostering a proactive prevention culture among personnel. * Implement, update, and support **safe work procedures** and project management documentation. * Conduct rigorous follow-up on **corrective action plans** arising from incident investigations to prevent recurrence. * Manage and request timely delivery of **Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)** for each activity or project. Your Profile and Certification Arsenal (Essential Requirements): * **Academic Qualification:** Degree in Industrial Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Specialization:** A Master’s degree, diploma, or specialized course in Occupational Safety and Health is mandatory—**minimum duration of 100 hours**. * **Minimum Experience:** At least 3 years of post-graduation experience as an SSOMA Supervisor or Analyst in high-demand sectors (mining, construction, or industrial). * **Management Systems:** * Certification in courses and/or professional specialization in Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 37001, 31000). * Certification as a **Trinorma Auditor or Lead Auditor** (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001). * **High-Risk Work:** Certificates confirming supervisor-level training in **high-risk work activities** (minimum 8 hours per activity type). * **Tools:** Proficiency in technological tools, including **intermediate-level Excel (mandatory)**. * **Availability:** **Absolute flexibility** to work rotating shifts.
