We are currently seeking a Systems Analyst – Odoo, who will play a key role in the implementation, support, and continuous improvement of our new ERP, driving efficiency and digitalization of internal processes. **Position Objective** Ensure the proper operation, customization, and evolution of the Odoo ERP by providing technical and functional support to various company departments, promoting its adoption and continuous improvement. **Main Responsibilities:** · Provide functional and technical support to different company teams, ensuring operational continuity and correct use of Odoo. · Train and guide users on best practices, configurations, and system functionalities. · Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and minor configurations. · Collaborate with key departments in optimizing and digitizing processes using tools within the Odoo ecosystem. · Participate in implementing new features, modules, or integrations, from requirement gathering through testing and production deployment. · Propose functional solutions and improvements based on Odoo's native capabilities and the organization’s strategic needs. **Technical and Functional Requirements:** · Proven experience with Odoo v17 or higher (implementation, support, or consulting). · Technical knowledge in Python, XML, and SQL, focused on customizing reports, views, and minor configurations. · Understanding of key functional workflows in Odoo (Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, or HR). · Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into configurable solutions within the system. · Desirable experience in commercial, logistics, or distribution environments. · Skill in documenting processes, managing incidents, and maintaining effective communication with non-technical departments. **Key Competencies (soft skills):** · Clear and empathetic communication with users at different levels. · Analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation. · Proactivity and results-driven mindset. · Adaptability to technological changes and new challenges. · Collaborative and integrative teamwork across multifunctional groups. **Benefits:** · Formal employment contract from day one, including all statutory benefits · 70% lunch subsidy · Positive work environment with opportunities for learning and professional growth. **Work Location:** Lima, Peru – On-site mode.
