We are seeking a Technical Graduate in Systems Engineering, Computing, Informatics, Software Development, or related fields. Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Windows operating systems and virtual servers. Knowledge of structured networks, routers, switches, CCTV cameras. Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SQL servers, Web Applications, API. Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment and printers. **Functions** Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including account setup and network configuration. * Full responsibility for the operations within their area. * Maintain the reliability of corporate information handled. * Create domain users. * Install computing equipment including PCs and printers. * Install cabling systems for wireless and wired communication devices. * Assign permissions to network drives for users to ensure information confidentiality. * Propose and evaluate procurement and disposal of computer equipment. * Continuously update the inventory records of computer equipment for proper control. * Develop and execute the maintenance program for PCs and laptops. * Timely request resources required for scheduled maintenance. * Respond to requests through the ticketing system. * Safeguard the integrity of all corporate information. * Provide support and assistance to different company departments when software and/or hardware issues arise. * Verify data backup procedures across various company servers to enable recovery in case of data loss or incidents. * Monitor network traffic to ensure appropriate bandwidth usage per user. * Configure profiles, email accounts, and access rights for new employees, as well as provide assistance regarding passwords. * Establish, maintain, and follow up on compliance with the Integrated Management System. **Salary:** Negotiable Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1.00 - S/.2.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
