Job Summary: We are seeking a technical support professional to provide user support, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and configure systems and networks. Key Highlights: 1. Provides hardware and software technical support to users. 2. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment. 3. Configures operating systems, networks, and applications. We are an industrial group dedicated to the extraction, refining, marketing, processing, refining, and production of precious metals—especially gold and silver. We add value to raw materials through the manufacturing of derivative metal products such as silver nitrate and silver chloride, among other halides, according to the requirements of our valued customers. We are currently seeking: **Requirements** * Graduates / Bachelors or final-cycle students in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Informatics, Technical Support, or Computer Equipment Maintenance * Minimum experience: 1.5 years * Availability to work onsite in the Ate district * Knowledge of domain upload to a device * Knowledge of installation and configuration of peripheral devices **Responsibilities:** * Perform technical support services under coordination with your immediate supervisor * Provide user support when software and/or hardware issues arise * Perform data backup and restoration * Conduct preventive maintenance on PCs, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices, etc. * Follow service execution procedures (before – during – after) * Prepare customer sign-off documents * Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of electronic equipment (computers, printers, peripherals) * Configure networks and systems * Configure Windows operating systems, MS Office, Bitrix, and others * Install operating systems and applications * Install, configure, and maintain printers & photocopiers * Verify, update, and configure systems * Holistically integrate technological processes at branch and subsidiary levels * Analyze information requirements for assigned technological processes * Coordinate with Systems Analysts regarding application failures and with Infrastructure Analysts regarding communication issues * Other duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor "By applying, you authorize the use of your personal data for employment verification and other purposes inherent to the selection process, in accordance with Law No. 29733 – Personal Data Protection Law and its Regulation D.S. 003-2013-JUS" Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.1,800.00 per month Application Questions: * What are your salary expectations? * How many years of experience do you have in technical support or similar roles? * Do you have full availability to work in the Ate district? * Please indicate your academic degree and field of study.
