**Position Name:** Transportation Assistant **Location:** CD - Ate **Time:** Full-time. **Reports to:** Transport Manager **Area:** Supply Chain **Position Purpose:** Ensure the planning of national-level orders, as well as guarantee the settlement of accounting documents such as customer invoices, markings, purchase orders, complying with company guidelines and according to the Transport contract; support the area's technological development and research methodology related to transportation processes and corporate objectives. **A day in the life of...** * Visualize and route orders entered into SAP through the transport cockpit, Lima Province and Modern Channel * Implement and keep updated the use of planning tools, visualization and tracking tools for planning and delivery, Pbi. * Assign trucks for dispatch and delivery of goods to customers considering the number of customers, delivery zones, weight and volume through our TMS. * Evaluate and forecast truck requirements to meet demand according to sales volume growth across different channels. * Coordinate and define loading schedules with transportation companies, considering customer time windows, enter the Distribution Center to validate the entire cargo loading and vehicle departure process. * Settle and upload accounting documents to the platform and inform Credit and Collections about marking discrepancies. * Train suppliers on settlement tools (TMS) that maximize SAP usage, verifying compliance with all processes to ensure customer collections. * Review and cross-check settlement information against SAP reports, customer invoices with OTR deliveries for customers in Lima, AA.SS and Provinces. * Monitor and track vehicles en route using TMS. * Use SAP tool for freight payment and operational expenses, supply and sales. * Deliver safety and quality talks to transportation providers and contractors. * Freight settlements (trips and expenses) and registration in SAP **What will make you successful:** * University or technical degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems, Transportation. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Advanced MS Office - Excel skills. * Basic SAP and Advanced Power BI. * Knowledge of logistics management, transportation fleet administration, cost analysis, nationwide goods distribution, unit routing, planning and tax legislation. **Competencies:** * Results orientation. * Proactive cooperation. * Initiative. * Teamwork. * Empathy.
