By joining our **Talent Pool**, you will have the opportunity to be considered for **future openings** and become part of a team that is transforming people management practices across Latin America. **Key responsibilities of a Service Expert at Rankmi:** * Provide technical support to customers, resolving issues related to the use of SaaS software. * Respond to inquiries through channels such as email, chat, and phone, ensuring fast and effective solutions. * Analyze and diagnose technical problems reported by customers, identifying root causes and providing appropriate solutions. * Escalate complex issues to the development team or other departments when necessary. * Generate periodic reports on incidents, resolution times, and service KPIs to evaluate and improve support efficiency. * Document all incidents and their resolutions in the incident management system for future reference. * Provide training and personalized assistance on software usage and best practices as needed. * Manage and prioritize multiple incidents simultaneously, ensuring compliance with established SLAs. * Follow up on open incidents to ensure resolution and proactively communicate progress to customers. **Minimum requirements** * Technical or professional degree in Human Resources, Administration, Technology, Computer Science, Technical Support, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience providing payroll or technical support to users, preferably in SaaS environments. * Advanced Excel skills (mandatory). * Knowledge of payroll processes. **Desirable qualifications** * Experience with incident management tools (Zendesk, Jira, etc.). **Interested?** Share your details now to join our Talent Pool and stay close to new opportunities that could be the next step in your professional career.
