We are looking for a **Warehouse Analyst** for an agricultural company dedicated to rice production. If you have experience in inventory control, warehouse management, and fuel handling, this opportunity is for you! **Your Mission:** Ensure accurate tracking and recording of warehouse movements, guaranteeing proper receipt, storage, and dispatch of supplies, spare parts, and fuel used in agricultural operations. Keep inventory records updated in the ERP system and Excel, contributing to efficiency, organization, and transparency in warehouse management. **Responsibilities:** · Monitor warehouse inflows and outflows in the ERP system and established spreadsheets. · Verify shipping guides, purchase orders, and transfer documents. · Manage the fuel warehouse, recording consumption and stock levels. · Maintain updated inventory ledgers and reports in Excel. · Conduct periodic and unannounced inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy. · Organize storage to ensure order, safety, and traceability. · Coordinate with maintenance, procurement, and accounting teams to ensure timely supply. · Comply with internal procedures and control and safety regulations. **Requirements:** · Degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or Logistics. · Experience in warehouse operations and fuel control. · Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Excel. · Leadership skills, communication ability, and results orientation.
