




Position Summary: We are seeking a responsible professional for the credit and treasury department, responsible for monitoring imports and coordinating with suppliers and internal departments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive import management and coordination with foreign suppliers. 2. Documentary registration, cash flow tracking, and cost calculation for imported goods. 3. Support in departmental tasks and interdepartmental coordination. We are a company with over 30 years of experience importing lingerie and fashion supplies, and we are currently seeking a responsible professional to manage the credit and treasury department. Responsibilities: * Track assigned purchase orders until their arrival at our warehouses * Coordinate with foreign suppliers and international trade operators * Register documents in the system and track cash flow * Manage assigned imports (tracking, documentation, customs declaration, and delivery to warehouses) * Settlement and cost calculation of imported goods * Coordinate with various departments within the company * Assist with other tasks inherent to the department Requirements: 1\. Minimum 1 year of experience. 2\. In-depth knowledge of the import process is mandatory. 3\. Responsible, punctual, able to work under pressure, and a team player. 4\. Proficient in: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and intermediate English. 5\.
