Position Summary: We are seeking Accounting Management Analysts to manage platforms, monitor communications, generate reports, and coordinate process improvements for management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Platform management and internal communication 2. Generation of control reports and indicators 3. Coordination of process improvements and follow-up At Alpamayo Inversiones by Consorcio Carolina Sac, we are seeking 3 **Management Analysts \- Accounting Training, PUEBLO LIBRE Branch** REQUIREMENTS * University degree in Accounting (Mandatory) * Experience in internal communication and data analysis (minimum 3 years) RESPONSIBILITIES * Daily review of company platforms. * Creation of user accounts for new employees on company platforms. * Monitoring of communication flow among employees. * Review and timely request for attention to requests submitted via platforms. * Follow-up on compliance with agreements made through platforms. * Generation of control reports and indicators requested by management. * Convening and participating in meetings requested by management. * On-site supervision of various business units, as requested by management, and submission of corresponding reports. * Coordination with departments and business units for implementation of process improvements and related follow-up. CONSIDERATIONS * Immediate availability * Working hours: Monday to Saturday.
