





WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT! WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR? Graduate of a Technical or University program in Accounting. Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate sector or construction companies. Intermediate knowledge of Excel. Proficiency in the S10 system (mandatory requirement), especially in Billing and Warehouse modules. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to coordinate with different departments and handle financial information accurately. WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY TO DAY? ✔ Review and validation of electronic payment vouchers (SIRE & S10). ✔ Issuance and recording of electronic payment vouchers (invoices, tickets, receipts, RXH, among others). ✔ Control and filing of petty cash vouchers. ✔ Issuance and cancellation of vouchers in the accounting system. ✔ Performing accurate bank reconciliations. ✔ Efficient and timely tax settlements. ✔ Preparation of detailed Kardex and inventories. ✔ Other duties assigned by the General Accountant.
