We are looking for a BAKER for the Surco branch. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Produce artisanal and commercial breads. \- Conduct a full inventory of supplies once a week. \- Daily production reporting. \- Provide support in activities assigned by immediate supervisor. **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:** Sourdough, Rustic Breads, Fermentation Process, Country Breads, Loaf, Focaccia, Commercial Breads. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions. \- Incomplete or completed technical studies in baking. \- Availability to work rotating shifts (Opening: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Closing: 12:00 pm \- 9:00 pm).
