Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Advisor with technical-commercial experience to manage and develop customer portfolios, conduct tender searches, and coordinate quotations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer portfolio development and management 2. Search for and management of private and public tenders 3. Coordination and follow-up of quotations FABRICACION Y MONTAJES EN ACEROS INOXIDABLES S.R.L., a Peruvian company specializing in engineering solutions and structural projects, is looking to incorporate a technically-commercial experienced Commercial Advisor into its team. * Strong communication skills, prospecting ability, and quotation preparation capability. * A personal customer portfolio is mandatory. Requirements: * Technical and/or professional degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Management and Senior Leadership, or related fields. * Proficiency in using and navigating private corporate portals and SEACE. * Knowledge and experience with MS Excel, Power BI, and CRM systems. Prospecting Services: * Engineering and execution of piping systems. * Sale of local generic spare parts. * Manufacturing of cast and machined parts. * Metal-mechanical structures and metal carpentry (stairs, platforms, roofs, etc.). * Preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment. Responsibilities: * Manage and develop customer portfolios. * Conduct searches for private and public tenders via private corporate portals and SEACE. * Coordinate with technical and commercial departments for quotation preparation. * Follow up on quotations, execution, and preparation of work reports. * Implement post-sales plans to ensure customer retention. * Achieve monthly sales quotas and predefined objectives. * Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Benefits: \- Ongoing training in the Technical-Commercial Area. \- Market-competitive salary: S/2,500 \+ sales commission-based variable pay. \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm; Saturdays, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
