**Academic Qualifications:** Civil Engineer or Architect; graduated, registered and licensed **Experience:** Minimum three ***(03\) years*** of experience, having worked as: Cost and Budgeting Specialist and/or Cost, Measurement and Valuation Specialist and/or Cost, Measurement and Valuation Engineer and/or Measurement and Valuation Engineer and/or Measurement and Valuation Specialist and/or Head of Measurement, Costing and Valuation and/or Responsible Officer for Measurement, Costing and Valuation and/or Construction Cost and Scheduling Supervisor and/or Resident Engineer for Costing, Valuation and Construction Scheduling, or a combination of these roles, in the supervision and/or execution of ***general construction projects***, which will be counted from the date of professional registration. ***Experience in urban road construction projects will not be accepted.*** It is understood that this condition means experiences related to road infrastructures such as avenues and/or arterial roads and/or streets and/or alleys and/or tree-lined avenues and/or roads within residential developments and/or roads within cities and/or roads within urban population centers will not be accepted.
