Optimize processes and lead teams for business growth INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER – OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR AND PROCESS IMPROVEMENT **Diseños Romis S.A.C.** is a Peruvian company with over 14 years of experience in the design, manufacturing, and implementation of corporate furniture, institutional advertising, metal structures, and special projects for prominent clients such as **BBVA, BCP, Interbank, Sodexo, Norbert Wiener**, among other well-known companies. We are currently seeking a **results-oriented Industrial Engineer**, with leadership capability and continuous improvement mindset, to supervise the execution of commercial requirements, optimize production processes, and ensure adherence to committed delivery timelines with our clients. Requirements * Graduated, bachelor's degree holder, or final-year Industrial Engineering student. * Minimum 2 years of experience supervising operations, production, or projects. * Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Knowledge of manufacturing, production, and continuous improvement processes. * Experience coordinating with commercial, production, logistics, and operations departments. * Ability to plan, organize, supervise, and track multiple projects simultaneously. * Ability to lead teams, make decisions, and ensure goal achievement. * Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and results orientation. Main Responsibilities * Receive, review, and validate commercial department requirements prior to production entry. * Plan and coordinate workflow among Sales, Design, Production, Logistics, and Installation departments. * Supervise daily progress of production orders and ensure adherence to schedules. * Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to increase productivity and reduce manufacturing time. * Continuously monitor carpentry, metalworking, painting, assembly, and installation departments to ensure timely delivery. * Prioritize manufacturing based on delivery dates and commercial commitments. * Coordinate follow-up meetings with various departments to ensure objective achievement. * Participate in standardization and continuous improvement of operational processes. * Provide technical and operational support during project execution.
