





**Job Description:** **General Objective:** Boost wholesale sales of **light machinery equipment** nationwide, consolidating the brand's presence and positioning within the **Peruvian industrial and hardware sector**. We are seeking a **commercial executive with solid experience**, proactive attitude, ability to travel frequently, and capable of meeting demanding sales targets in high-pressure environments. **Main Responsibilities:** * Promote and sell the **light machinery** product portfolio through the **hardware and wholesale channel**. * Identify and acquire **new customers or distributors**, while strengthening loyalty among existing accounts. * Conduct **frequent trips to provinces** for commercial visits, negotiations, and development of new sales points. * Achieve **monthly sales targets** for revenue, gross margin, and collections as defined by management. * Prepare **quotations, sales orders, and follow-up reports** through to final product delivery. * **Negotiate prices, commercial conditions, and payment terms** according to company internal policies. * Coordinate closely with **warehouse, logistics, and imports departments** to ensure product availability and delivery timelines. * **Collect market information**: trends, competitor pricing, and regional demand behavior. * **Prepare sales reports and forecasts** using spreadsheets (Excel) for managerial analysis. * Represent the company at **trade shows, technical events, or commercial presentations**. * Perform other tasks assigned by the **immediate supervisor**. **Technical and Commercial Skills:** * Minimum of **2 years of experience in B2B or wholesale sales**. * Experience managing **sales volumes exceeding USD 50,000**. * In-depth knowledge of the **national industrial and hardware market**. * **Intermediate Excel skills** (reports, margin control, account tracking). * Strong **negotiation, sales closing, and customer retention skills**. * Technical knowledge of **engines, tools, or light machinery** (desirable). * **Full availability for domestic travel**. * Strong **results orientation and goal achievement focus**. **Personal Profile:** * **Technical or university degree** in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * Belonging to the **top third of academic performance** (mandatory requirement). * Age range: **23 to 35 years**. * A **proactive, disciplined professional with strong sales aptitude**. * High **tolerance for pressure** and openness to receiving continuous feedback. * Excellent **personal presentation, punctuality, and responsibility**. * Ability to **work independently** and report clear results to management. **Economic Conditions:** * **Base salary:** S/ 1,500 per month. * **Variable commissions** based on achievement of established sales targets. **Working Hours:** * **Monday to Friday:** 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. * **Saturdays:** 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. * **Full availability for national travel.** **Location:** **Av.
