REQUIREMENTS · Minimum of 2 years of work experience as Commercial Manager in dental or related companies within the health and services sector. · Bachelor's degree or graduate in Administration, Marketing, Communication Sciences, or related fields. · Knowledge of Marketing and Sales · Management of sales teams · Strategic planning · Segmentation OBJECTIVE · Lead and manage the company's commercial strategies and operations, ensuring the achievement of marketing and sales objectives for customer satisfaction. · RESPONSIBILITIES · Design and execute sales strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives by location. · Develop annual and quarterly business plans, setting clear and measurable goals. Supervise the implementation of these plans and make adjustments when necessary. · Recruit, train, and manage the sales team, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to meet their targets. · Monitor and evaluate the sales team's performance, providing constructive feedback and establishing improvement plans. · Conduct detailed analysis of historical sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement at each company location. · Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty at each location. · Resolve conflicts and problems effectively to maintain good customer relationships. · Conduct market research to understand customer needs and behaviors at each location. · Establish strategic alliances and agreements with public and private institutions. · Prepare and manage the commercial department budget, ensuring efficient use of resources, subject to prior approval from the Administration and Finance Department. · Set sales targets and commission rates for the sales team. · Ensure that each location maintains up-to-date inventory in optimal condition. · Develop and implement customer acquisition plans through direct sales, phone sales, social media, and other channels. · Execute marketing strategies and promotions across all locations. · Stay updated on market and industry trends, as well as competitors' offerings at each location. · Verify that each location uses its commercial space optimally to attract customers, coordinating the implementation of improvements related to infrastructure at each site. · Other duties inherent to the position.
