Position Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Engineering professional to lead process quality, ensure regulatory compliance, and actively participate in safety and environmental management. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in quality and industrial processes. 2. Participation in safety and environmental management. 3. Membership in key teams such as HARA and the Crisis Committee. **We are FULL PACK SAC, a Peruvian company with 10 years of experience.** We are currently recruiting new team members to join the FULL PACK SAC family. **Requirements** * Industrial Engineering professional or related field. * Knowledge of work studies, costs and budgets, KPIs, market knowledge, and specifications. * Minimum 3 years of experience in supervisory roles within the industrial sector. * Specialization in topics related to the position’s specialty (desirable). * Task Ratios. * Proficiency in MS Office at user level. * Experience with Starfot ERP and MS Project. * Valid driver's license. **Job Functions and Responsibilities** * Approve product launch. * Calibrate the sleeve. * Verify that measurements comply with the production order. * Complete production forms in the Quality Control section. * Issue product quality certificates. * Issue product technical data sheets. * Conduct frequent sampling of the production process. * Ensure process quality. * Report incidents or accidents to SSST or the General Manager and participate in their investigation if required. * Participate in developing the IPER (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment). * Participate in accident and incident investigations if required. * Attend internal training sessions or talks provided by the company on OSH, Environment, or Quality. * Participate in developing the IAIA (Identification of Environmental Aspects and Impacts). * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Comply with and enforce the BRC PACKAGING manual implemented in the company. * Comply with food safety policies and procedures. * Member of the HARA Team and responsible for reviewing the HARA Plan at least once per year or whenever changes or modifications occur in processes and raw materials, as well as when previously unidentified hazards emerge. * Member of the Crisis Committee and responsible for reviewing and evaluating the results of Product Recall Drills conducted by the company. * Responsible for conducting the review **Benefits** * 100% meal coverage. * Join a solid organization. * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Continuous training and opportunities for career development.
