Position Description Mission: Execute assigned parts of the project within their unit/department according to established procedures, in order to facilitate meeting established deadlines and coordinate necessary resources (human and material), promoting significant improvements to the project. They are responsible for the production phase of museums and exhibitions. Tasks include: coordination of production work on site. Candidate Requirements POSITION: SITE REPRESENTATIVE OBJECTIVE: Ensure proper planning, development, and supervision of the architectural components of the control tower, guaranteeing its functionality, aesthetic quality, and compliance with applicable regulations in the airport environment. REQUIREMENTS:* PROFESSIONAL DEGREE: Graduated, Licensed, and Registered Civil or Aeronautical Engineer, Architect (preferably with postgraduate studies) * EXPERIENCE IN SIMILAR PROJECTS: 5 years of experience in complex buildings (such as mixed-use facilities, high-rise buildings, research and technology centers, hospitals, data centers, and other specialized facilities involving multiple integrated trades), including overall management of main trades, covering civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and communications. * GENERAL EXPERIENCE: 10 years of general experience (counting from date of graduation) * WORK LOCATION: CUSCO RESPONSIBILITIES:* Supervise the technical execution of construction, verifying that architectural, structural, and installation works of the Control Tower are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and current aeronautical regulations. * Coordinate the integration of specialized systems (mechanical, electrical, communications, fire protection, air conditioning, and control), ensuring their compatibility and correct operation within the tower building. * Control the quality and regulatory compliance of materials, finishes, and construction methods, guaranteeing the required standards of safety, durability, and operability in airport infrastructure. * Monitor and report on the physical and technical progress of the work, preparing periodic reports detailing deviations, interferences, or risks that could affect project schedules, costs, or quality. * Act as the technical and operational liaison between the design team, supervision, contractor, and client, facilitating the resolution of observations and technical queries during project execution.
