Currently, we are looking for a passionate Store Manager with a strong interest in fashion, sales, and leadership to join our team at **Plaza Lima Sur.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide excellent customer service by advising on products and collections. * Keep the store organized, attractive, and up-to-date in display and labeling. * Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets. * Monitor daily sales and make corresponding deposits. * Propose ideas to improve store presentation and boost sales. * Manage the overall smooth operation of the store. * Actively participate in achieving sales goals and commercial strategies. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Store Manager or Retail Store Supervisor. * Availability to work at **Plaza Lima Sur (Chorrillos).** * Leadership skills, effective communication, and customer orientation. * Dynamic, organized person with a passion for fashion. * Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends (with one rest day). **Benefits:** * Enrollment in the general payroll system from day one (CTS, bonuses, vacations, ESSALUD, profit sharing). * Base salary: S/ 1,325.00 + sales commissions. * Biweekly and end-of-month payments. * Exclusive discounts on brand products. * Excellent working environment and opportunities for internal growth.
