Today, we are looking for a **Pastry Assistant** who shares our passion and wants to help us create the best products. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education and/or technical studies in pastry. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in pastry production or similar roles. * Knowledge in assembling, decorating, and handling ingredients. * Knowledge in preparing doughs, creams, and pastry recipes. * Commitment, responsibility, and passion for work. * Ability to work in a team and in a collaborative environment. * Availability to work **from Wednesday to Monday (Tuesday off), from 2pm to 10pm** **Responsibilities:** * Production, assembly, and decoration of desserts according to company standards. * Rotation and control of supplies. * Assist in preparing various work areas. * Compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the production area. **Working Conditions:** * Work mode: **On-site** * Location: Santiago de Surco, Lima * Immediate availability * **Lunch included** If you meet the requirements and wish to become part of a team passionate about pastry, send us your application.
