





Restaurant located in Barranco (near the plaza) is looking for a chef with experience in sourdough artisanal pizzas. Must have knowledge of dough production, stretching, and baking. Knowledge of pasta preparation is ideal. Must also handle: \- Ordering, inventory, and cleaning of own area Schedule: 10:30am to 7:30pm and one night shift until 1:00am.
