




INKA FISH, a restaurant specializing in seafood and Creole cuisine, is looking for a **Cold Dishes Cook** to join our team and contribute with talent and experience in the kitchen area. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Valid health certificate. * Availability to work in the district of **San Miguel**. **Main responsibilities:** * Prepare and present cold dishes according to orders, ensuring freshness, quality, and proper presentation. * Keep the workstation organized, ensuring availability of supplies and utensils for efficient service. * Check the quality and quantity of ingredients before use, reporting any requirements or incidents to the immediate supervisor. * Control portion sizes during service and manage necessary supplies, utensils, and equipment. * Use assigned kitchen equipment and tools properly. * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and handling regulations, keeping the work area clean and maintaining appropriate personal appearance. * Coordinate with the cold kitchen team to meet daily service schedules. * Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **We offer:** * Formal employment from day one. * Benefits according to microenterprise regulations. * Meals provided. * Biweekly payments.
