At Patty Pastelería, a family-owned business with over 30 years of experience, we are looking for cheerful, responsible, and service-passionate individuals to join our team as Multifunctional Customer Service Representatives at our stores in Miraflores and San Isidro. And if you have experience as a Store Manager or Store Supervisor, we are also looking for you! We offer growth opportunities to lead teams and manage one of our locations. What will you do? \- Provide warm customer service in-store, for delivery, and via apps. \- Handle cash transactions, cash register balancing, and POS operation. \- Restock and display our products in the showcase. \- Prepare coffees and cold beverages. \- Maintain order, cleanliness, and good practices in the store. What we are looking for: \- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (restaurants, cafes, or bakeries). \- Positive attitude, proactiveness, honesty, and commitment. \- Knowledge of BPM and basic Excel skills. (If you have previously been a store supervisor or manager, we will value this experience for leadership positions within Patty).
