




**Responsibilities** * Assist specialized pastry chef in DECORATIONS AND/OR PRODUCTION WORKSHOP, finishes and cold desserts; cakes, cookies, cakes, sweet and savory snacks among others. * Keep track of inventory of supplies and ingredients. * Communicate with service and sales area to handle and produce orders if applicable. * Comply with company-established hygiene standards and regulations. **Requirements:** * Communication skills and teamwork. * Prior experience in the sector preferred (1 year of experience in cake, pastry production or restaurant work). * Flexibility to rotate between production workshop and decoration areas. **Benefits:** * Professional development opportunities. * Product discounts. * Days off on Sundays and holidays (except under special circumstances). * Bonuses based on sales targets.
