




Vitrine Pastry Chef – Yunta Cocina Peruana Location: Jr. Bélgica 976, La Victoria Position type: Full-time – On-site Salary: From S/ 2,000 and up, depending on experience Job Description: * At Yunta Cocina Peruana, we are launching our new pastry area and are looking for a motivated vitrine pastry chef eager to learn, grow, and contribute creativity. We will have the guidance of a pastry chef who will train the team until the area is fully established, along with a senior pastry chef who will support your technical and practical development. Responsibilities: * Prepare and decorate display-case desserts (mousses, cheesecakes, tartlets, brownies, etc.). * Maintain daily display presentation and quality control. * Assist in production and comply with hygiene and handling standards (GMP). Requirements: * Studies or courses in pastry (minimum 6 months). * Minimum 1 year of experience in pastry or café environment. * Basic to intermediate knowledge of techniques and decoration. * Punctuality, organization, and good teamwork attitude.
